Agreement to terms

By engaging Nanosoft (“we,” “us”) for services, or by using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our services or this site.

Services

Nanosoft provides software design and development services, including web applications, mobile applications, backend systems, AI integration, and related consulting. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Estimates & payment

• Estimates are based on the requirements known at the time they're given; material scope changes may affect timeline and cost.
• Projects are typically billed in milestones, with an initial deposit due before work begins.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may pause active work until the account is brought current.

Intellectual property & ownership

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables — source code, designs, and related assets created specifically for that project — transfers to the client. Nanosoft retains the right to reuse general methods, internal tools, and non-client-specific components across other work.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access and credentials, and any content or assets required to keep a project on schedule. Delays on the client's side may shift delivery dates accordingly.

Warranties & support

We stand behind our work for 30 days after launch, fixing defects that trace back to our implementation at no extra cost. This period does not cover new features, third-party outages, or issues introduced by changes made outside Nanosoft.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nanosoft's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice, as detailed in the project agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
